I know very long hair is out of Fashion,but is “out of fashion” equal to “gross’?
my mum has very long hair that just down to her middle thighs.She started to grow her hair when she was in her late 30′s.Now she is 45 years old.A lot of ladies around my mun’s age has cut their hair to neck length.Short hair maybe is the fashion of women in middle age.But my mum’s hair is straight,long,no split ends,healthy,and she keeps hair tidy everyday.She makes hair in a huge bun with a hairnet.and only has her hair down when she is home.But why every women tell her she should have a big chop because very long hair is out of fashion.My family think mum’s hair is very beautiful and support her keeping it.Is is “out of fashion” equal to “gross’? Why women hate very long hair on other woman?
A lot of women can’t keep up with long hair after a certain age, priorities change and their hair might be having problems. I think the women telling your mom to cut it either 1. are a bit jealous or 2. they think she’d look better with a shorter cut.
Honestly, I think the longest hair can really be and still look good is to the middle of your back, after it gets longer than that it’s just dead weight hanging off your head.
But as long as she keep it clean, I suppose it’s her hair to do as she wants with…
